In relation to the good price paid, it was fabulous place to stay with outstanding service. The staff were incredibly nice all the time. Deluxe king room was unique and the food was fab. The location was marvellous and lovely, to Hastings restaurants, convenient to go everywhere. We had a such wonderful time.

Everything is first-class, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue has airy rooms with free-standing bath, the on tap ice and milk and amazingly nice and friendly staff. The setting is excellent and perfect, near quaint antique shops and trendy coffee shops, and Hastings old town, the harbour, beach and East and West Cliff funiculars. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Rock-a-Nore Beach. Thank you for such a relaxing stay of 4 nights.

Had 1 night in Hastings, spending our time here lovely. The view was gorgeous, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel was in the central setting in bright conservatory. Also, it was positioned a 10-15 minute walking distance from tourist spot like a ruined 11th - century Norman fortress. The rooms were airy and unique and the service outstanding.

Location: the property was right by great shops as well as the lovely, light conservatory on the back of the house. Spent our evenings in nearby Porters Wine Bar, especially when it was cold outside.

We really enjoyed facilities and service here, everything needed for our weekend was provided. It is very well located in Hastings, but also in a quiet street. The owner is lovely. The bed was super, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea makers and glassware.
