The location was peaceful and easy, just next door to the beach, Stables theatre and restaurants as well as the castle. Found Webbe's Rock-a-Nore close to the hotel where I had supper.

The property's location was great and incredible, near bars and restaurants. Plus, a grade ii listed maritime museum was at a moderate distance from the venue. I had a double room included with a quiet glass, the bedroom, a book.

The staff was fantastic friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, everything was first-class. I loved the high standard and reasonably large room. The bed was comfy; and there was a bath. This nicely decorated hotel had central setting to Hastings restaurants. And it was also just next door to lovely shops to pass on the way and a great choice of real ales. The service was outstanding, I had 2 wonderful nights here.

Came in Hastings to relax and have fun, this boutique hotel was comfortable place for doing it. Everything was first-class and the staff were attentive and efficient. Location: the property was right by great shops as well as the lovely, light conservatory on the back of the house. Spent our evenings in nearby Porters Wine Bar, especially when it was cold outside.

The venue was located right by the old town in Hastings where all the restaurants, the beach and The Jerwood Gallery, and an establishment with all the `` bells. The employees were amazing friendly and amiable. The location was wonderful, close to Church of All Saints.

Honestly no complains at all. A beautifully decorated and perfect hotel with gorgeous views. Affable and excellent people working here, nice styled room. Comfortable area, central location next to the lovely, light conservatory on the back of the house as well as almost the center. A walking distance from Flower Makers Museum and 200 metres from Old Town. A huge variety of food at the enjoyable and delicious breakfast.

We really enjoyed facilities and service here, everything needed for our weekend was provided. It is very well located in Hastings, but also in a quiet street. The owner is lovely. The bed was super, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea makers and glassware.
